AMANDA FLAHIVE (Mother) Amanda Flahive began her acting career at 16 when she was cast as the Mother Abbess in her high school production of THE SOUND OF MUSIC, and has been at home on the stage ever since. She is a core ensemble member of Williams Street Repertory, the in-house theatre company at Raue Center for the Arts, appearing in productions of SWEENEY TODD (Mrs. Lovett), BAREFOOT IN THE PARK (Corie Bratter), SHE LOVES ME (Ilona Ritter), COMPANY (Amy), I LOVE YOU, YOU’RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE (Woman 1), THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW (Magenta), STEEL MAGNOLIAS (Annelle), THE FANTASTICKS She is a graduate of Millikin University (BFA musical theatre) 2013 BroadwayWorld Chicago Award Nominee, Best Actress in a Musical (Resident Non-Equity) 2014 BroadwayWorld Chicago Award Nominee, Best Actress in a Play (Resident Non-Equity)
